Responsibilities
Temecula Homeowner’s Association is looking for a dependable, friendly and energetic part time staff member to work nights and weekends at the community clubhouse.
Part Time Onsite Recreational Assistant:
- Greeting homeowners
- Registering new homeowners in the entry system
- Answering incoming calls
- Signing in vendors to the community
- Monitor and enforce facilities rules.
- Assist in event coordination: organize special activities for guests, book banquet rooms
- Create documents and fliers.
- Set up and work community sponsored recreational events.
- Provide customer service and administrative support.
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Skills required:
Customer Service Skills: An enjoyment of dealing with customers, being friendly, helpful and providing an excellent level of service to customers
Communication Skills: Can assess if a customer does not understand an instruction, policy or requirement, and can explain to them in different ways, to make sure they understand.
Team Player: Will help out and do other duties if required, not afraid to get their hands dirty and will go the extra mile.
Decision-making skills: Must be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing conditions.
Technical Skills: Must be able to pick up practical skills easily and become proficient in using them
Pay:
$17.00 to $20.00, depending on education and experience
Salary : $17 - $20
