Integrated Project Manager
Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) is a premier real estate brokerage with a renowned internal marketing team that supports our brokerage and new development projects. In this dynamic, fast-paced industry, our team is expanding to include a versatile Integrated Project Manager to streamline brand and client service functions within our in-house agency, CLAY.
This new, multi-functional role consolidates responsibilities from brand management, project management, and client services, creating a high-impact position that drives efficiencies, strengthens client relationships, and elevates service standards across the organization. Reporting directly to the CMO, the Integrated Project Manager will oversee significant brand initiatives, manage large-scale projects, and contribute to strategic operations—all with a focus on quality, timeliness, and collaboration. Responsibilities
- Project Facilitation and Brand Strategy
- Lead, coordinate and brief brand projects, ensuring alignment with CMO directives and RSIR’s company standards.
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, with a focus on tracking objectives, timelines, and deliverables for optimal project outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams on brand-related initiatives, fostering strong relationships and proactive communication to maintain brand alignment.
- Strategic Planning and Client Service Initiatives
- Formulate and implement strategic plans that support client services and are in line with RSIR and CLAY’s goals. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and deploying best practices to elevate service delivery.
- Support the Client Services team by assisting or taking on large or overflow projects from New Development and residential developments, helping manage workload and prioritize project flow.
- Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement
- Refine and ideate workflows with Client Services and CLAY that streamline operations and boost productivity, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Manage project flow and resource allocation through our dedicated project management system, time tracking and optimizing efficiency.
- Provide feedback on tools, processes, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and enhance team adherence to project standards.
- Quality Standards and Brand Alignment
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to establish and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations and industry benchmarks.
- Ensure brand consistency across deliverables, working with design, content, digital marketing, and brand stakeholders to align each project with RSIR’s brand values.
- Financial Oversight and Reporting
- Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial alignment with CLAY’s revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver bi-weekly reports to the CMO, providing insights on project updates, budget performance, and operational progress.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture by providing constructive feedback, celebrating achievements, and actively supporting professional growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins with the Client Services team and lead bi-weekly marketing meetings, facilitating effective communication across departments.
- Cultivate positive client experiences by ensuring seamless project execution from initial strategy to completion, reinforcing RSIR’s brand reputation and values.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management, brand strategy, or client services within marketing or real estate.
- Proficient in project management software, time-tracking tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in confidently leading cross-functional projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and contributing effectively as a collaborative team member.
- Ability to anticipate project needs, proactively address challenges, and provide insights to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget oversight and financial reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Salary : $95,494 - $129,197
