About The Role
As a Studio Stylist, you own QC guidelines of product styling, monitor Photographers' styling performance, and perform elevated training to the Photo team. You serve as a styling expert in the studio.
What You Get To Do Everyday
- Shows studio presence and styles products daily with Photographers including clothing, handbags, shoes, and other related accessories.
- QC sets and captures / audits accurate data of styling corrections.
- Analyzes data and provides effective training with the Photo team, including new hire training, 1 : 1s, and bi-weekly training sessions.
- Owns completion of all styling-related consignor requests.
- Coordinates, monitors, and passes out reshoots.
- Maintains integrity of style guides.
- Serves as an escalation point for problem-solving in styling.
- Checks items off-site for image integrity.
- Aids in the development of other team members - either as a mentor or supervisor.
- Helps with any large-scale partnerships or projects as needed.
- Ensures product is handled to the highest quality standards.
- Partners with Assistant Studio Stylists and Management to monitor and restock inventory of styling tools and other related studio equipment.
- Partners with Management to maintain quality control of final imagery in a highly productive, fast-paced environment.
- Maintains continuous, open communication with the Photography, Merchandising, Warehouse, Authentication, Receiving team, and Retouching team.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $20.20-$28.93. To determine starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
