RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a growing owner/developer in the Atlanta market to assist them in recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager for a commercial office asset portfolio.
This APM will assist in the day-to-day management of a recognizable portfolio and maintain strong relations with tenants. This position is a direct hire placement and offers room for growth within the commercial property management industry.
We are looking for a strong property management professional with 4 years of real estate/property management experience that will work within a 2-person team including a Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. This position will be interacting with tenants, vendors and other staff members and be the first impression to the office. This APM must not only have excellent administrative skills, but have the drive and passion to grow within the commercial property management industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist Property Manager with, but not limited to CAM reconciliations, quarterly reforecast and annual budgets, as needed
- Generate and process service contracts, purchase orders, and work authorizations
- Maintain and order supplies for onsite office staff
- Manage and update property compliance files for each property for annual audits
- Responsible for mailing monthly rent statements.
- Regular site visits, property inspections, tenant visits, and vendor meetings
- Research and resolve daily tenant concerns
- Review and approve of property accounts payable invoices
- Manage service requests through tenant work order system and dispatch accordingly
- Coordinate tenant appreciation gifts and events
- Provide support to regional team as needed
- A minimum of 2 years commercial property management experience.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A high school diploma required. Valid driver's license is required.
- Industry Designation - highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- MRI & Argus experience - highly preferred

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
