What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Engineer (Retail) position at RealREPP?
Here at RealREPP, we are partnering with one of the top full-service Commercial Real Estate companies with over 30 Million SQFT of property in the Southern US to hire a Building Engineer who will help oversee a portfolio of primarily of commercial office and Industrial properties.
This person should have experience working on facilities with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, common maintenance, etc..
This person will work with another solid Building Engineer and will have vendor management responsibilities for larger projects that can’t be completed in house.

- Hourly pay 29-31 paid overtime BONUS
