- Project Supervision: Supervise roofing projects from mobilization, on-going scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet project deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that roofing installations meet or exceed industry standards and company quality benchmarks.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe work environment for all team members and contractors.
- Resource Management: Allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project progress, such as delays, design changes, or unforeseen challenges.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor on-site personnel, including roofers and subcontractors, to optimize performance and teamwork.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs to ensure they stay within budgetary constraints.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
