Provide service to clients in conjunction with the Risk Advisor, managing book of clients independently. Become familiar with all their clients and is responsible for service provided to the assigned customer accounts, ensuring that the client is well serviced.

Duties
- Develop marketing plan with Senior Client Manager and/or Risk Advisors and insureds. Complete submissions to market new and renewal accounts to insurance carriers. Prepare proposals, negotiate coverage terms and pricing.
- Manage the New Business and Renewal process. Follow up with carrier to determine plan of benefits, rates, and terms of contract.
- Preparation of spreadsheets, presentations and proposals for new and renewal business for assigned clients, responsible for negotiating coverage terms and pricing.
- Receive and send BOR letters to carriers. Set up client in EPIC.
- Follow-up with client to introduce self, gather missing information and establish relationship.
- Plan and conduct open enrollment meetings.
- Submit applications and forms to carriers, audit enrollment 45 days after effective date. Terminate previous carriers within 15 days of new policy effective date.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 Yeas Experience in Employee Benefits
- Advance MS Suite Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
