RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a top commercial owner/developer in hiring for a Grade III Engineer in Tempe, AZ. This is a premier organization, focused on Class A assets in many major markets. The Grade III Engineer will be ensuring the safety and efficiency of building systems and will be performing minor repairs and other preventative maintenance.
This position will be partnering with an institutional and exciting tenant base on projects for a recognizable portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
- Respond to HVAC calls and perform necessary maintenance
- Work with various systems including plumbing, life safety, HVAC
- Perform daily/weekly inspections and report on events
- Identify and respond to fire alarms in professional, timely manner
- Perform necessary operations on building systems
- Assist in the testing and conduction of minor adjustments to chemical treatments within water systems
- Replacing lighting ballasts/belts and providing maintenance on SCUs
- Minimum 6 months experience within the building maintenance industry
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Training and working knowledge of ladders, volt meters, basic hand tools, etc
- Great organizational and problem solving skills
- Customer service skills, ability to work well with others, great responsiveness
- A self-starter and ability to work under minimal supervision
