RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently partnering with a well-known and respected beverage manufacturing company in hiring for an Inventory Accounting Analyst
This position will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and control for a large brewery in the area. This position will work heavily within the organization's ERP system to ensure accuracy of inventory movement throughout the supply chain. This person will work closely with internal teams as well as third party material suppliers, co-packers, and re-packers.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning - Handle BoLs to ensure accurate inventory is uploaded into the ERP system, identify and fix discrepancies, and reconcile inventory levels
Technical Functions - Lead year inventory count, enter production values at various stages in the process
Logistical Functions - Facilitate cycle counting process, resolve any discrepancies
Team & Leadership Functions - Partner with Supply Chain and other team member to ensure correct inventory variances on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related - Required
1-2 years of supply chain or accounting background
Experience In The CPG Industry Highly Preferred.
Experience using an ERP system
High attention to detail
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
