- VIP Travel Coordination: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, including air travel, accommodation, ground transportation, and any special requests using Sabre.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements to deliver tailored travel experiences.
- Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, considering factors such as meeting schedules, time zones, and potential disruptions, to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to the company's travel policies and guidelines, while also seeking cost-effective solutions.
- Crisis Management: Handle unexpected travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations or changes, with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Travel Technology: Utilize travel booking system, Sabre, and management platforms effectively to streamline processes and enhance the overall travel experience.
- Previous Experience: 3 years of experience as a leisure travel agent,
