RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is currently partnering with a well-known and respected alcohol manufacturer in hiring for a National Key Accounts Manager. This position will be responsible for in-market execution by building relationships with key stakeholders to increase market share/distribution. This position will ultimately design, create, and execute the annual business plan for a large and crucial key account.

Responsibilities
- Execute brand plans within the wholesaler network
- Track and report market conditions
- Review weekly recaps of team and guide efforts as necessary
- Work with teammates in the field, share information and best practices
- Have visibility to the market, ensuring retail execution and surveying, evaluating distribution, etc
- Proactively manage local initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-8 years of sales experience, with experience in the food/beverage industry being a must have
- Ability to built relationships, work productively in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to executive presentations
- Have a strong sense of urgency, organization, and possess a great attitude

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
