What You Need
- Must have a minimum 10 years' experience with California state litigation (federal experience a plus, but not required), preferably in the fields of real estate, construction, landlord/tenant and business dispute matters.
- Must have prior management experience
- Must be able to assist with discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and court appearances.
