RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager position in the LAX area!
We are partnering with a stable and actively GROWING commercial GC to add a dynamic Senior Project Manager to their LA-based team! This SPM role will work across multiple, healthcare, life science, and Class A commercial projects, mentoring teams, interfacing with clients, and taking ownership to see each project from preconstruction to closeout!
Our client is entrepreneurial at their core, and we are looking for a leader who is excited to partner with well-known national/institutional level organizations and mentor/manage teams of Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.

Comp Package Includes
- Competitive base ($130-175k DOE) bonus

Salary : $130,000 - $175,000
