RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is teaming with a unique and dynamic CPA/Business Management firm that serve a variety of services across the board to high net-worth individuals to assist them in hiring for a Tax Preparer/Admin.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following
- Prepares federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts; also prepares related income tax work papers
- Identifies accounting and income tax issues and proposes strategies to resolve them
- Responds and prepares correspondence to taxing authorities
- Researches tax matters
- Effectively communicates with all levels of the engagement team and client personnel (i.e., job status and budget) on a timely basis
- Works with a team on a variety of engagements
- Communicates status of work and issues with seniors, managers or partners on a timely basis
- Develops strong relationships with firm and client personnel
- Ability to proficiently use the firm’s income tax preparation software requirements
- Assumes responsibility for the completion of tax returns under the supervision of more experienced staff
- Effectively communicates with project managers to efficiently complete the engagement
- Becomes familiar with the firm’s policies and procedures
- Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling
- VITA Experience
- Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Business Management
- Exposure to / basic understanding of Income Tax
- Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
