What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Specialist - Lexington, KY position at REALSOURCE PROPERTIES?
- Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude to residents and potential residents.
- Welcome visitors and provide tours of the property and apartments.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of living at the property.
- Complete each step of the lease up process from first contact to move-in.
- Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and help resolve resident complaints.
- Working knowledge of all lease related documents.
- Maintain resident files.
- Develop and assist in resident retention/renewal programs.
- Inspect apartments to ensure market ready status.
- Verify applications and complete qualification process for potential residents.
- Ability to successfully interact with people.
- Professional dress and etiquette.
- Ability to resolve conflict and find solutions.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in residential leasing.
- Prior sales and marketing experience a plus.
- Strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
- Experience working with Entrata software (preferred).
- Must be able to work some Saturdays
