What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter - Morrow, GA position at REALSOURCE PROPERTIES?
Primary duties include: Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, repairing cracks, and removing old paint. Apply paint using various techniques and tools, such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Ensure smooth, even finishes with consistent color and texture. Mask and protect surrounding areas from paint splatter. Clean up work areas and properly dispose of painting materials. May assist with minor carpentry repairs and other related tasks. Respond to requests in a timely manner. Comply with all OSHA regulations and any applicable laws in your area regarding health, safety, or Perform work area clean-up and safety related duties during and after a project is Order supplies with approval from the Maintenance Consult with Maintenance Supervisor on major repairs, replacements and/or Attend meetings and seminars as requested by Community Manager, Regional Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Cleaning and maintaining all company property used in daily maintenance operations and ensuring that tools and equipment are in good working Ensure that storage areas and maintenance shop remain locked when not in Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and Picking up trash on the grounds of the property, daily, if Keeping the maintenance shop clean and always organized. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Community Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Regional Property Manager or any other company official as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a professional painter.
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift and climb ladders.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Maintain professional appearances at all times.
