As an Architect-Engineer Design Program Manager, you will lead multiple simultaneous A / E design projects from inception to completion, overseeing planning, design and execution while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet client needs. Your leadership will drive innovation and success as you guide your team through the design process, with a strong focus on client engagement, project delivery and profitability. This role, based in Severna Park, MD, offers a dynamic blend of technical challenges, leadership responsibilities, and client collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Scoping & Planning : Define scope, objectives and deliverables in alignment with client needs
- Lead Design Teams : Guide multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for federal projects
- Oversee Design & Execution : Manage the design process from concept through construction, ensuring timely delivery
- Budget & Schedule Management : Collaborate with teams to establish and maintain project budgets and schedules
