- Contact Center Engineer specializing in the design and implementation of CVP IVR apps, Java CVP custom elements, Java APIs, XML, and JSON.
- Requirement gathering ,analysis design, coding and deployment
- Develop Call Flow/ Interactive Voice Response (IVR) in a Cisco UCCE environment.
- Code (using Java), test, debug, document and implement IVR applications. Perform testing and integration of IVR application components.
- Languages: CVP call studio IVR scripting, Java CVP custom elements, Java Web services, Jsp, Servlet, XML, J2ee, Spring MVC, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, and ICM Scripting.
- Tools: Cisco Call Studio, ICM, CUIC, Finesse, Eclipse, SQL Developer
