Key Responsibilities:
- LIMS Administration: Administer and manage Labvantage and Labware systems, ensuring their optimal configuration, maintenance, and support across various laboratory functions.
- L2 & L3 Support: Provide high-level L2 and L3 support for LIMS-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and assisting in system upgrades and patches.
- User Access & Security: Manage user roles, permissions, and system security to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize LIMS software to meet the needs of various laboratory processes and workflows.
- Incident Management: Handle and prioritize incidents, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and minimal impact on laboratory operations.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with laboratory scientists, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and any changes made to the LIMS systems. Provide regular updates and reports on system status and ongoing issues.
- System Performance: Monitor the performance of the LIMS systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and internal stakeholders on how to effectively use LIMS systems and tools.
