Role Summary
As a Senior Programmatic Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, and communicating campaign successes to our clients.
You will also collaborate with our media buying teams across social & search to ensure campaigns are set up, tracked, and optimized for maximum performance. You will be passionate about performance, with a proven track record of success with programmatic campaigns, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet key objectives and deadlines.
You will have strong experience working across multiple accounts, and you will deliver the best of the best to your clients, ensuring strong rapports are fostered and maintained.
Job responsibilities
- Design, manage, and execute large-scale programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.
- Own programmatic campaign strategy, collaborating with the client services team and vendors to design innovative campaigns across multiple programmatic DSPs.
- Team management of junior members of the team, responsible for project management and providing clear goals and objectives
- Present effectively at client meetings, providing clear and accurate performance insights and strategic recommendations.
- Implement best practice optimization processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
- Collect & analyze data, and identify trends & insights to maximize performance efficiency.
- Manage client communications within key accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and present accurate and valuable performance insights and recommendations at regular client meetings.
- Responsible for driving new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns and executing tests.
- Maintain bulletproof organization of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.
- Work closely with other internal teams, such as reporting, to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of programmatic.
You’re the right person for the role if you have:
- 5 years of experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns
- Proven experience executing YouTube programmatic campaigns
- In depth knowledge of the programmatic space including a range of platforms, such as Apple Search Ads, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, StackAdapt, DV360, Xandr Invest, Google Campaign Manager, etc…
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work directly with clients, ask hard questions, and push yourself and the team to execute at the highest levels.
- Experience of managing junior members of a team
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret data
- Very strong understanding & experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data visualization tools.
- Understanding of digital advertising tracking and attribution technologies

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
