Candidates will be hired as Temporary Employees; while on Temporary Employee status, employees will be eligible for 401K, basic medical coverage after 90 days of employment, paid holidays, referral bonuses, and an Employee Assistance Program. Temporary Employee can be hired on as Permanent Employees at any time during their first year of employment.

1st Shift 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm (Monday-Friday) - $19 / hour

Here's what you'll do when you join our team :
Maintain a safe, clean work environment; address any unsafe conditions or behaviors with a supervisorFollow established work instructions to properly prepare final product for shipmentLoad, unload, and stack products and / or materialsEnsure product is accurately pulled and labeled for shipmentAchieve established goals or deadlines set for the departmentComplete all required shipping documents, paperwork, and / or data entry in a timely mannerUtilize Lean manufacturing tools to deliver resultsOrganize materials at work station and department according to 6S standardsOperate required equipment per safety guidelines, upon proper certificationOur jobs do require some bending and elbow grease, with the occasional lifting and transporting of products up to 100lbs using safe lifting techniquesEducation and Experience :
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Minimum of three months of previous warehouse / shipping experiencePay and Benefits :
