We are seeking an individual to work as a Customer Service Representative M-Thur from 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-4pm. The most qualified candidate must possess the following skills: problem solving, insurance knowledge, documentation skills, listening, phone skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information and the ability to multi-task. Possession of a 4-40 license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in insurance sales by effectively communicating policy benefits and features to potential clients.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Adhere to phone etiquette standards while managing calls and ensuring a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
