Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Maintain an organized calendar for appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support by managing files and documents efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating client appointments as needed.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and managing calls professionally.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
