Regional Maintenance Supervisor – Southern Region
Reports To Director of Mechanical Services.- Position includes travel, sometimes visiting multiple properties on the same day.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb a ladder.
- Coordinate with regional property managers and site teams to ensure properties are properly maintained.
- Implement preventative maintenance plans in collaboration with the Director of Mechanical Services.
- Oversee vendor relationships, quality control inspections, and reporting for maintenance-related metrics.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
- Assist with due diligence for new acquisitions, maintenance budget development, and major contract oversight.
- Quality Control oversight. Inspect paint, flooring, cleaning, and MRO installations in vacant ready units.
- Project work to include special assignments related to improving maintenance efficiency and cost control.
- Take lead on Property Inspections, including third party, insurance, ownership, state, and local.
- Assist properties with resident requests as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
