What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Listing - Transaction Coordinator Assistant position at Realty of America - Mark Dimas Team?
We are searching for a listing / transaction coordinator assistant who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to assist in the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing documents with sellers, posting and maintaining MLS listings, and scheduling open houses. This critical position requires someone with an exceptional attitude who loves to serve others.
Compensation :
30,000 - $35,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Manage listing agents' calendars and prepare listing packets for the agent including any documents needing signatures / initials / dates / addendum
- Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation for file compliance
- Enter listings in the MLS and upload offer instructions, seller disclosure notice, and any other addendums
- Act as liaison between real estate agents and clients during the process of a real estate listing and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in listing transactions
- Schedule photos, field coordinator services, and open houses for each listing
- Follow up with feedback on showings on all listings
- Process and input offers in our internal system
- During the transaction process; upload EM and option receipts, review title commitments and tax certs
- Managing and organizing client and transaction information in our database
- Send thank you cards / letters post-closing
