Essential Job Function / Responsivities
Reporting
- Review and summarize weekly operational KPI reports.
- Identify variances vs. budget and escalate to Senior Regional Manager and Asset Management Department.
- Manage and report on i Major Capital Projects
- Organize vendors
- Track costs vs. budget.
- Check in with operating tesms to receive timely project updates.
- Monitor interactions between the teams and residents to ensure professional, efficient, and courteous communication.
- Provide feedback and support on resident interactions to enhance customer service capabilities.
- Regularly monitor and analyze resident feedback, identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the Training Manager and corporate stakeholders to customize training plans and initiatives.
- Ensure team compliance with all assigned courses on Edge2Learn and Talent Space wlthin specified timelines and company standards.
- Assist with the preparation and/or update of policies and procedures documents to enhance our operational effectiveness.
- Utilize data from property management software, to monitor operational efficiency.
- Assist with the processing of purchase requisitions and deliveries.
- Track and assist with the resolution of aged invoices without deliveries, and invoice issue report.
- Track and submit all necessary regulatory filings and inspections by property.
- monitor changes to City and State regulations affecting property operation9.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, highly preferred
- Experience in multifamily rental housing
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- Strong literacy in US Word and Excel, Yardi is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer service strategies and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a corporate environment.
