Porter
Olen Living is seeking a motivated, full-time Porter for our multifamily apartment community in Las Vegas, NV: Eagle Trace.
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, the Porter is responsible for supplementing the maintenance and management efforts to keep the community in a clean and orderly condition.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assists management in maintaining high occupancy by daily attention to the appearance of vacant apartments and common areas.
- Participates in the upkeep of various community facilities.
- Removes trash and debris from property grounds.
- Removes furniture, appliances, and debris from vacated apartments to dumpster or storage.
- Promotes positive resident relations by projecting a courteous, helpful attitude and occasional helping hand toward residents.
- Provides assistance to the maintenance staff when requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of three to six months of related experience
- Working knowledge Fair Housing laws
- Ability to communicate in a positive manner with residents, vendors, and other employees.
- Good customer service skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work at other properties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
The successful candidate’s starting hourly pay rate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
