- Robust experience in Outpatient cardiology preferred
Managing independently medications and disease states in patients with chronic
i. Heart failure
ii. Valvular disease
iii. Cardiomyopathy
iv. Arrythmias
v. CAD
Experienced or open to working with a multidisciplinary team inclusive o NP / PA / RN / Pharmacists / MD
