Compensation and Benefits Package
Salary : Based on working a minimum of 1452hrs / yr and $215 / hr equates to $312,180. Shift length is 12hrs working 4 on 8 off with the opportunity for picking up other shifts / sites.
Retirement :
- 401K - Immediate eligibility for employee contribution and employer matching. Our “match” is 3% of gross pay up to IRS limits.
- Profit Sharing (Combined with Match Goal of 10%) – 7%.

Total : $54,218.00.
The profit-sharing portion is contributed on your behalf each year of your employment. That portion is "cliff vested", meaning if you depart before 3 years, you will forfeit the profit-sharing portion of the plan.
Total Compensation :
Total : $375,160.00.
