- Locale / Locales? Chalmette, LA & Luling, LA
- Reason for opening? (adding or replacing)? Replacing provider @ Chalmette and adding provider @ Luling
- Joining other providers? (if so, how many)? STB has 1 physician and 3 NPs and STC has 1 physician, 1 pediatrician ,and 2 NPs
- Days / hours / shifts / weekend / call? Monday-Thursday 8am-4 : 30pm and Friday 8am-12pm both sites (telephone call once ~every 10 weeks)
- Comp range? $218,000-$230,000 DOE
- Any bonus structure? Not at this time
- Adults only? 16 years at both sites
- EMR? Athena
- Patients a day? 18-20
- Relo allowance / Sign on for the right candidate? Relocation expenses yes, no separate sign on due to placement fee.
- Will you look at 2025 grads? Yes, definitely
- Are you able to look at solid J1 or H1B visa candidates with interest / ties to your area? Not at this time.
Salary : $218,000 - $230,000
