- Physicians are supported by a full complement of office staff and assistants.
- No inpatient consultations. No hospital consults at all!
- Weekend calls are very light, with few phone calls a month at the most.
- Office hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 4 1 / 2 day work week schedule. Office hours can be tailored to convenience.
- Base salary is $250K with a profit-sharing track. Earning potential is excellent, with over $700,000 by the third year.
