Job description :
Reap Management is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team for one of our assets located in Northeast Dallas. In this role, you will play a vital part in the success and growth of our community.
Impact :
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the community and fill in for the Community Manager when needed.
- Work with leasing and maintenance team on training and best practices.
- Strong focus on lease renewals, delinquency, eviction process, and collections. This area will be key for this role's success.
- Welcome prospects, showcase the community, secure leases, and convert prospects into residents.
- Provide input to the Senior Management team on property marketing and enhancing resident satisfaction.
- Ensure that each resident's experience aligns with Reap Management’s mission and core values.

Monday to Friday : 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.
Saturday : 10 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. (as needed)
Ability to work weekends is needed. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the property’s needs and resident activities.
