Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Payments product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative payment, transfer, and foreign exchange solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all financial products are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- User Experience: Champion exceptional user experience by collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, money transfers, and currency exchange processes.
