Construction Project Manager
ReArch Company is a leading development and construction firm that specializes in creating innovative, sustainable, and high-performance buildings. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the overall direction, completion and successful financial outcome of construction projects in accordance with our client’s expectations. Reporting to the VP of Construction, this role serves as the direct liaison and point of contact with our project clients and works in collaboration with our superintendent and administrative staff, as well as with subcontractors, vendors and permitting and regulatory authorities in order to accomplish project objectives.
This full-time salary position may be based at either our South Burlington, VT headquarters or our Lebanon, NH office. Routine travel to job sites throughout Vermont and New Hampshire is required. We welcome applicants for the position of Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, allowing us to match the role with the right candidate's experience level. The typical pay range for this position is $105,000 to $150,000/year depending on experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering or related field and a minimum of five years’ experience as a project manager on commercial, institutional and medical projects in excess of $5,000,000. Must be able to perform detailed take offs; interpret plans; and demonstrate proficiency in scheduling programs, construction management software (Procore) and spreadsheet applications.
Successful candidates should also have extensive construction knowledge, along with the ability to collaborate in a positive and respectful manner with subcontractors and agencies, and above all a proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service. A commitment to providing total project success and the ability to engage in a dynamic and creative team environment are essential.
