Your role

At Reason One, our Designer Leads provide design leadership on projects, working closely with product managers, content strategists, and developers in an iterative agile process. You'll put your experience and ideas to work every day, tackling the emotional and functional sides of interaction design for a wide range of clients. You'll also contribute to sales and scoping, and confidently present your work to clients.

Our must haves5-7 years of interaction design experience in an agency settingA high degree of proficiency with FIGMA, and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to translate project strategy and client needs into insightful design conceptsKeen knowledge of digital best practices and current trendsExperience with design systems and modular designExperience creating inclusive, accessible UX / UI-you believe the web is for everyoneExperience as part of a multidisciplinary teamAble to accept and provide thoughtful feedback and strong ideasStrong communication skills both written and verbal. We need you to be able to convey the story of the user journey and communicate how a design solves a particular business problem or need-with other designers, content strategists, developers, and clientsYou view constraints as a critical part of the creative process and solving problemsA keen desire to learn, grow your knowledge, and play with new tools and processesYou must provide an online portfolio with details about your specific role and contributions. The practicalsLocation : This is a fully remote, work-from-home positionOffice Hours : Candidates can be based anywhere in the US or Canada, but must work during EST hoursCore working hours 9 AM - 5 PM ESTStart date : As soon as possible
