Reasonover Talent Group is currently conducting a recruitment search for a client in the Manufacturing Industry, headquartered in the greater New Orleans, LA area.
Our client is an established company and industry leader, currently undergoing an exciting phase of transformation and expansion. They are seeking a Human Resources Director lead change initiatives and oversee core HR functions across multiple locations. This role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee relations, performance management, employee onboarding/off-boarding, workforce planning, payroll compliance and reporting, and leads a small HR team across multiple locations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead people initiatives and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant field
- 5 years of experience working in HR field
- 2 years of experience working in Senior Management or Director capacity
- Previous exposure to Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions
Preferred Skills (Not required):
- Masters Degree or Professional Certifications highly valued
- Manufacturing industry
