Key Responsibilities

- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on quality assurance protocols, inspection techniques, and industry standards. Ensure department personnel are cross-trained on all equipment and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role within a contract manufacturer environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments and quality control software. Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, CAD/CAM software, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
