Brand Ambassador
Our ideal candidate will represent and promote ReBath products and services in a positive light as a spokesperson in our retail partner stores. This position involves building relationships with customers, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales through lead generation.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Visiting our retail partners in the Greater Huntsville/Birmingham/Nashville area.
- Driving our lead generation through the retail associates in the stores, as well as self-generating leads in one of the top lines on the market.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with departmental employees and managers to help generate leads for the sales team.
- Engage with potential customers, answering questions and promoting brand values in person.
- Some weekends are required, wich allows for a flexible weekday schedule.
*Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and personable; confident in engaging with different types of audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, social media and digital devices
- Team and detail-oriented
- Pass a background check/drug test
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor/appearance
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Compensation:
- Paid training with provided tools required for position
- Hourly pay as a W-2 employee

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid-In retail locations/local showroom
Willingness to travel:
- This position is on the road during working hours, visiting various retail locations
