As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the superstar who gets to introduce ReBath’s products to potential customers in our partner retail stores. It’s an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in marketing, sales, and customer engagement while being part of a supportive and fun team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connecting with Customers: Represent ReBath in a positive, engaging way by building relationships with store customers and retail partners.
• Traveling Around the Nashville Area: You’ll be visiting specific retail stores in the Greater Nashville area (some travel on weekends, but your weekday schedule will be flexible).
• Driving Leads and Sales: You’ll work directly with retail associates to generate leads, while also self-generating opportunities in one of the top product lines in the market!
• Building Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams and managers to keep the lead generation pipeline flowing smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ People Person: You love talking to new people, and you're great at making connections—whether in person or online!
✅ Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with social media, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and digital devices to help you shine in your role.
✅ Energetic & Flexible: A positive attitude, strong time management, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are key to being successful here. Plus, flexibility to work weekends when needed!
✅ Passionate Communicator: You’ve got excellent communication skills and can represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
✅ Experience: 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. If you’ve worked in customer service or as a brand ambassador before—awesome! If not, no worries—we’ll provide paid training to help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in engaging with customers
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and social media
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor and appearance
• Must pass background check and drug test
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred

Location:

Hybrid – You’ll be working in person at various retail locations and expos in the Greater Nashville area.
