As a Brand Ambassador, you will be at the forefront of driving sales, generating leads, and promoting ReBath’s products to customers at our partner retail stores. This is a flexible, fast-paced, and customer-focused role, designed for individuals who thrive in a marketing-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate Leads and Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers in partner retail stores to promote ReBath’s bathroom products. Work with retail associates to create new leads, drive interest, and close sales.
- Lead Generation: Utilize marketing materials and your persuasive skills to capture leads, introduce ReBath to potential customers, and generate inbound traffic from retail locations.
- Build Relationships with Store Teams: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with retail associates and managers to ensure a steady lead generation pipeline and effective collaboration.
- Product Promotion: Represent ReBath as the face of the brand in partner retail locations, answering questions, providing product information, and demonstrating the benefits of our bathroom products.
- Reporting and Feedback: Track leads, sales, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights into market trends, product interest, and customer needs. Assist in optimizing marketing strategies.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Travel to retail stores in the Greater Birmingham area with flexible weekday hours. Occasional weekend travel required. Company car provided for local travel.

Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident in engaging with customers.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, One Drive, CRM Systems, and tablet usage.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required.
Location: In-person at various retail locations and expos in the Greater Nashville area.
