What You'll Be Doing:
- In-Home Sales Appointments: Meet with customers in their homes to assess their bathroom needs, design solutions, and close the sale. (Experience in in-home sales is preferred)
- Consultative Selling: Use your expertise to guide customers through our remodeling options, helping them understand how we can solve their bathroom challenges.
- Building Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing personalized solutions that align with their needs and budget.
- Driving Revenue: Turn qualified leads into sales, and earn uncapped commissions based on your performance. The more successful you are, the more you make!
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 Years of Sales Experience: Ideally, you have prior experience in in-home sales, commission-based roles, or home improvement sales. (In-home sales experience is preferred)
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using an iPad and CRM systems to track your leads and manage appointments.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers, listen to their needs, and offer solutions that create lasting relationships.
- Self-Motivated: You are driven, results-oriented, and hungry to earn as much as you can.
- Valid Driver’s License & Personal Transportation: You will be traveling to appointments, so reliable transportation is a must.

- Positive, Go-Getter Attitude: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.
