As a Inside Sales Rep, your primary responsibility will be setting appointments from hot and qualified leads—this is not cold calling! You'll play a key role in driving our growth by booking appointments and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Book appointments efficiently from pre-qualified leads.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Utilize sales techniques to recommend the right products or services.
- Follow call scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette with clear communication and active listening.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Sales experience or knowledge of sales techniques is an advantage.
- Capable of handling high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Compensation: $18 per hour Commission on sales made Bonus
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts with the flexibility of morning, day, and evening options.
- Monday to Friday with rotating weekends as needed.
