Installer-Urgently Hiring
Daily Responsibilities:
- Complete installations up to our quality of standards
- Maintain positive attitude and align with core values
- Maintain work van; clean and organized, oil and tire rotations, etc
- Continue to grow in your trade(s)
- Collect final payments and completion paperwork
- Communicate with customers throughout installation process and completion
- Grow soft skills
- Collect after pictures and get customer feedback/reviews
- Other duties as requested
*Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed (75 lbs)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable and skillful in the areas of carpentry (cabinets, framing, and trim work), plumbing for bathroom fixtures in accordance with International Plumbing codes, electrical (lighting, switches, outlets), flooring, and bathroom specific products such as tubs, showers, vanities, and fixtures while adhering to company standards and customer specifications
- Proficient with company and partner procedures
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Compensation:
- Paid training, employee must provide all tools necessary to complete the job
- Competitive hourly pay as a W-2 employee
