About the Role:
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet business objectives.
- Manage inventory, production, and order fulfillment systems to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Liaise with our warehouse coordinator(s) and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management
- Develop and maintain production schedules and workflows.
- Coordinate production activities with our vendors and warehouse staff.
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed.
Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Coordinate with our purchasing department to source materials and supplies.
Quality Control
- Implement quality control processes to ensure that all products meet our standards.
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to resolve any quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3-6 years in production and operations roles, with experience in product development, home products, or interior design industries preferred.
- Self-starter with a strong 'can-do' attitude.
