About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Rebecca Atwood Designs. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our operations and studio, including inventory management, production, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and goals to support sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, production, and order fulfillment systems, including software platforms like Unleashed and ShipStation.
- Analyze performance metrics and develop reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Liaise with warehouse coordinators and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure successful rollout of new products and collections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in operations and production roles, preferably in product development, home products, or interior design industries.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to understand customer needs.
- Experience with Monday.com, Unleashed, Shopify, and ShipStation (or similar platforms) is preferred.
