As our Bilingual Case Manager, you’ll be on the front lines of life-changing work — guiding individuals and families through their immigration process with empathy, precision, and heart. From the first intake to the final approval, you’ll be a steady presence and a vital advocate.

• Support with empathy – Connect with clients from all walks of life, listening deeply and guiding them with compassion.
• Manage with precision – Collect and organize essential documents, prepare immigration filings, and maintain meticulous case files.
• Communicate with clarity – Keep clients informed and empowered throughout their case, whether by phone, email, or in person.
• Collaborate with purpose – Partner closely with our legal team to craft strong case strategies and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish – This is a must.
• Professionalism Heart – You care deeply about people and can maintain calm, confident communication even in high-stress moments.
• Curiosity Drive – Whether you're new to the field or bring prior experience, we value your willingness to learn, grow, and show up with dedication.
• Strong writing organization skills – You’ll be managing lots of details and communicating them clearly.

Immigration experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person who’s ready to learn.

• Base salary: $41,000 – $50,000, depending on experience
• Plus: Performance incentives and growth potential
