We are a well-established business with multiple studio locations and are looking to hire a full time experienced Portrait Photographer to work at our Colchester, CT location!
Located at: 255 Norwich Avenue
Our luxury portrait studio provides clients with a unique and high-end experience and the successful candidate will be a key part of ensuring that clients have a pleasant and memorable experience.
The shift will be 3.5 days per week, Thursday through Sunday!
This role requires an extremely dependable self-starter who can easily hold themselves accountable, with an open mindset that can appreciate the value of constructive conversations in order to continue growing in line with company objectives.
The perfect candidate will also have a proactive mentality who isn't afraid to take initiative and go above and beyond to ensure the best client experience possible. Core Responsibilities

*Greet clients when they arrive for their magical adventure. *Correctly pose and position clients while ensuring the correct lighting for each pose. *Capture photos, save photos, and setup premiers for clients. *Keep the studio, dressing rooms, and reception area clean so that each guest has a consistent and pleasant experience. *Put away dresses and costumes after each session to help maintain their integrity. *Develop a thorough understanding of our luxury experiences and company workflows *Have meticulous attention to detail *Be flexible and open minded when working collaboratively with coworkers *Must be able to engage in constructive conversations to achieve company goals.
Qualifications

*Must be able to pass a background check. *Minimum High School diploma/GED. *Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in photography. *High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence. *Meticulous attention to detail *Must be accountable *Always come to the studio in an organized manner ready to work *Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). *Must be proficient with MacOS. *Must be able to HAVE FUN with children and pets (dogs, cats, etc.) yet remain focused & maintain composure to ensure a great experience. *Offer a high level of confidence *Exude a positive attitude *EXTREMELY dependable. *Doesn't buckle under pressure

Pay: $23 - $25/hour (depending on experience)
