Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support catering and banquet services by setting up and breaking down food stations as needed.
- Buss tables and ensure dining areas are clean and welcoming for guests.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
