- Daily Living Support - Provide assistance with toileting, diapering, and other self-care needs to promote student independence and well-being.
- A bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff.
- Active listening and emotional intelligence to support students' needs.
- Ability to foster a positive, professional school environment with patience and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
- New York State (NYS) Teaching Assistant Certification
- Familiarity with the DIRFloortime® Model or experience supporting students using developmental, individualized, and relationship-based approaches.
