We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and dedicated Sales Associate to join our vibrant health food store. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and customer service skills will help us make a positive difference in our customers’ lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their health and wellness needs.
- Educate customers about vitamins, supplements, and herbal remedies with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including processing payments and providing accurate change.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Answer phones promptly and courteously, resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced: One year experience with SUPPLEMENTS AND Nutrition. Have foundational knowledge of herbs, supplements, and vitamins.
- POS Proficient: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
- Passionate: Eager to learn and share knowledge about holistic health and natural living.
