We’re searching for seasoned Store Leaders to take charge at our Rebel Convenience Stores locations in Naples. If you’ve got a solid background in retail management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering standout customer service, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Lead with Passion: Guide your team with energy and efficiency, ensuring top-tier service is always on the menu.
-Be a Problem Solver: Use your analytical skills to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
-Team Builder: Recruit, train, and schedule a winning team, helping them grow and shine.
-Compliance Guru: Keep our store compliant with all state and federal regulations, ensuring a safe and informed environment.
-Store Stylist: Keep our store looking sharp and inviting, managing repairs and maintenance with flair.
-Creative Curator: Design attractive marketing displays and signage that grab attention and make shopping a breeze.
-Customer Experience Extraordinaire: Provide exceptional service, assist with purchases, and upsell like a pro.
-Financial Steward: Manage cash handling, inventory, security, and deposits with precision and care.
What You Bring to the Table:
-Experience: 5 years as a Retail Supervisor or Assistant Manager—your experience makes you a perfect fit!
-Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; higher education is always a plus.
-Driving License: A valid, clean Driver’s License—because sometimes you’ll be hitting the road.
-Communication Skills: Strong English, both written and spoken—because your charisma counts!
-Tech Know-How: Basic math and computer skills—you’ve got this!
-Leadership Passion: You love training and developing your team to be the best.
